As each person offers their unique gifts, talents and skills to the human collective …
This is the way of the New Economy …
Of course for some it is easier to sit on the sidelines …
Complaining
Resisting
Arguing in defense of ways that no longer work, that no longer serve the greater good …
But for those individuals who CHOOSE SELF-DEVELOPMENT …
Who comprehend that it is a privilege to be chosen to lead and to serve …
And that privilege is EARNED through dedicated study and accountability …
These individuals GET that to help others understand and navigate their way
through a changed landscape is an honor …
These leaders understand that once the door of expansion has been opened …
One can never go back to those old ways of thinking …
As Oliver Wendell Holmes so wisely proclaimed …
“A mind that is stretched by a new experience can never go back to its old dimensions”.
